The following materials should be submitted via the online awards portal.
FILM
(a) BEST SHORT FILM
- MP4 up to 15 minutes long
- Minimum resolution 1920 x 1080p
- File must be no larger than 3 GB
- For non-English work, apply subtitles
- Max resolution 4096 x 2160p
(B) BEST SCREENPLAY
- PDF file format
- Font size minimum 12 pt
- File must be no larger than 10 MB
LITERATURE
(C) BEST SHORT STORY
- Less than 10,000 words
- PDF file format
- Font size minimum 12 pt
- File must be no larger than 10 MB
ART
(D) BEST VISUAL art
- JPEG file format
- Minimum 1200p x 1200p
- File must be no larger than 10 MB
- JPEG may be a digital representation or photograph of the original
- Please do not mail us any originals - we only accept photos of your art submitted through the entry portal
MUSIC
(E) BEST MUSIC DEMO
- MP3 file format
- 3-10 minute total run time
- Sample size 16-bit, sample rate 44100 kHz
- File must be no larger than 10 MB
